Please be informed that our products are manufactured under market demand; thus, they are not always available items. Also, advertised images may slightly different from actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display. Hence, please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received.

with a picture of the damaged item and your order number and we will gladly take a look for you to see what went wrong!

  • Return: (We only allow return on items that are new and have not been worn or washed.)

To return your product, you send the product to the address we provide by email . (note your order number or email order so that we can process your order upon receipt of the return package.)
When the tracking status shows that the package has been successfully sent back. Please send an email to [email protected] with the following title and content:
Subject: Return Order XXXX (XXXX is the number of orders you need to Return.)
Content: Tracking number or link to view delivery status.
After confirming that the package has been entered, we will refund the money to your account. (excluding shipping fees)

  • Refund

PayPal refunds will be instantly credited back to the PayPal account used for the original payment, but credit card refunds can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account. This can take three to four weeks, though it usually doesn’t take that long.

If your refund still hasn’t been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to resolve that for you.


We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased during a sale or any promotion.

We typically do not accept refunds or returns due to customer’s mistakes such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. Please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct.


If you change your mind about your purchase, please sending us an email to [email protected] and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be cancelled and modified within 02 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be cancelled.

Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
